This is definitely a sign of my age, but back in the day, they used to screen a short animation before a movie, featuring a dancing popcorn, soda and hot dog singing "Let's all go to the lobby!" I liked it so much I recreated it in 3D and did my own animated version for my demo reel, which has long since been removed. I decided I'd revamp the character yet again and came up with this guy. Meet Captain Popcorn. My niece saw him this weekend and decided to create a story around him. These are only the first 2 pages of her book, but I think they're awesome. Thanks Emmy!
